High-quality T1 Copper Wire is used as the base material, precision-tinned, and then woven into shape. The product has passed a72-hour neutral salt spray test, demonstrating significantly better oxidation resistance than ordinary bare copper braided tape. It maintains stable conductivity and appearance quality even under harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and salt spray erosion.

The product is precision-woven from multiple tinned copper wires, with single wire diameters ranging from 0.07mm to 0.2mm, allowing flexible selection based on current-carrying capacity and flexibility requirements. The finished tape width ranges from 4mm to 60mm, with custom intermediate sizes available upon request.
